For the Love of Fitness
First of all, welcome! I started this site in hopes that I might impart my knowledge in dieting and fitness to those in need. I’ve found that health and exercise are inseparably intertwined. For many people the issue is getting that initial spark going. You may think you’re doing a good job only eating out three times a week, but for every good eating/exercising habit most people have ten negative ones. I want to offer practical advice so that you can make small tweaks to your life that lead to measurable changes in your diet and exercise habits. As a nutrition major and kinesiology minor at my local community college I’ve learned so much about the needs of the body. Let me help you take climb the ladder of health one rung at a time. My dad always tells me, “progress, not perfection!”
I’ve been an avid fitness buff for a while, but I thought I’d get in the blogging game after following Live–Love–Fitness for years now.
